WHERE ARE WE SHIPPING FROM?

Anti-Aging Medical and Laser Clinic is located in Vancouver BC, Canada. We ship products to Canadian addresses only. If you have a special need outside of Canada, please call the clinic.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Currently, we offer FREE SHIPPING (STANDARD) for all orders valued at $199 and above (exclusive of taxes and discounts).

ALL ONLINE AND IN-STORE SALES ARE FINAL

All items are considered FINAL and cannot be returned/refunded unless there is an adverse reaction, in which case, we will need you to fill out the form and provide photographic details. Once we receive it, we will review it with the supplier for next steps.

DO YOU OFFER IN-STORE PICKUP?

Days: Monday - Sunday
Time: 9:30 am - 5:00 pm.

You’ll receive a notification via email or text message depending on the contact method you leave, for pickup when the order is ready. Call, 604-261-9121 for urgent supplies.

WHAT ARE YOUR PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES?

All orders are shipped via Canada Post with (1) STANDARD DELIVERY, (2) EXPEDITED PARCEL, or (3) XPRESSPOST options available. The system auto estimates the shipping time for each delivery option upon check out. We aim to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and may take between 1-9 business days. If we're unable to ship your order within 72 hours, you will be notified immediately.

DO YOU SHIP ORDERS DURING WEEKENDS AND STATUTORY HOLIDAYS?

We do not ship orders during weekends and statutory holidays. Please be aware that shipping and delivery times may experience delays during the holiday and other peak seasons as well. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy time.
