I love using th Skin Medical TNS with the HA5 product layered after. Being over 60 it is hard to really find treatments that work other than retinol. The skin Medica TNS is one of the first products where I truly have seen a noticeable change on laugh lines, lip lines, jowl area, neck and overall texture of my skin. The HA5 after really locks in the treatment so love it. Although VERY expensive tI use this with a sunscreen during the day and thats it. I also do not spend money on treatments other than a once a month facial and try to use really good product instead. It really does work if you can afford the splurge.
