I purchased this product and the pump will not work. I emailed Anti-Aging and they responded asking for pics or a video. I sent a video. I received no resolution response but did receive another request to rate the product again, so I once again will provide my review that I cannot use the product as intended because the pump will not work and Anti Aging is not responding to help. I had to resort to breaking the container open and scooping the product into a small container so the product can now be used by applying a small portion by finger which is not optimal because you cannot avoid inherent natural oils from your finger transferring to the product each time to scoop out by finger. Note this was a Christmas gift for a family member so my disappointment with Anti Aging's non willingness to provide basic support is a 10 out of 10.
