I ordered from this company for the first time in June 2026 taking advantage of their sale at the time. Their products were shipped to me in a timely manner. When received, I noticed they sent me a smaller size of one of the products I ordered and paid for. Upon emailing them, they responded within 3 business days not only rectifying the issue by resending me what I actually ordered, but they also allowed me to keep the size of product they sent to me in error. I liked that someone personally emailed me back so that I knew I was dealing with an actual human on the other side.
