How does CoolSculpting work?
CoolSculpting uses controlled cooling to target and freeze fat cells beneath the skin without damaging surrounding tissue. Once frozen, the fat cells die and are naturally eliminated by your body over the following weeks and months—leading to a gradual, noticeable slimming effect.
How long does the treatment take?
Treatment time depends on the area being treated, but most sessions last between 35–60 minutes. Some smaller areas can be treated in as little as 35 minutes.
Is there any downtime?
No! CoolSculpting is completely non-surgical, with no needles or anesthesia, so you can return to your regular activities right after your appointment. Many people go back to work, hit the gym, or even run errands the same day.

How many treatments will I need?

Are the results permanent?
